Contractor All Risks

This insurance protects against all risk of physical loss or damage to the contract works and third-party property damage, death, illness, and bodily injury arising in connection with the contract work caused by the perils insured against. The policy can be extended to cover:
  1. Plant and equipment.
  2. Construction machinery
  3. Existing structure and/or surrounding buildings and contents
  4. Cost of debris removal
