Public Liability

The policy indemnifies the insured against all sums which the insured shall become legally liable to pay as damages in respect of

  • Accidental bodily injury or illness of any Person (whether or not death results)
    • Accidental loss of or damage to property happening during the period of Insurance within the Geographical limits in connection with the Business.

The maximum amount payable by the Company for damages in respect of one occurrence or all occurrences of a series consequent on or attributable to one source or original cause shall not exceed the limit of indemnity, which is the agreed value at inception.
